I loved the ultra-convenient location right across from the train station—perfect for solo adventures! My Standard Single Room was spacious, modern, and had a lovely balcony to unwind after a day exploring. Plus, the breakfast was a real treat, with fresh pastries and barista-style coffee made just for me!

We really enjoyed the quick 20-minute stroll to the famous leaning tower. The staff was friendly and made check-in a breeze. Our rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family with two teens who loved the extensive breakfast options!
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast area could be noisy during peak hours. They should consider a quieter spot for families with kids.

The hotel is in a perfect spot, right across from the train station, which made getting around super easy. The buffet breakfast was delightful, lots of options, even some lovely panna cotta that my kids couldn't get enough of!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the convenience and comfort, it was still acceptable.
